High thermal conductivity microporous molded carbon bricks
The product is primarily manufactured from high-quality high-temperature electrically calcined anthracite, mixed with a variety of micro-fine powder additives and a special production process for achieving microporosity. It features excellent thermal conductivity, alkali resistance, oxidation resistance, slag resistance, iron dissolution resistance and microporosity indicators. It applies to the lining masonry of the cylinder, bottom, iron port and slagging zone area of the blast furnace. It has been applied to furnaces of Anshan Iron & Steel 3,200m3, Liuzhou Iron & Steel 1,260 m3, Kunming Iron & Steel 750 m3, etc.
